I offer a range of piano tuning services tailored to your instrument’s needs. The time and cost will depend on when your piano was last serviced. Pricing can usually be determined in advance, but if any adjustments are needed, I’ll go over them with you at the start of the appointment.
If your piano needs repairs, I’ll let you know before getting started. I can fix many common issues, but for anything more specialized, I’ll connect you with a trusted technician who can help.
Regular tuning (2 hours in length) - $160
Pitch Raise (4 hours in length) - $200
A commuting fee of $1 per mile (round trip).
Repair work starts at $20, with final pricing depending on the type and scope of the repair. All costs will be discussed with you beforehand.
Regular Tune - Most pianos should be tuned once or twice a year. If you play frequently or professionally, more frequent tuning may be needed to keep the instrument in top shape.
Pitch Raise - After a pitch raise, I recommend a follow-up tuning 2 to 3 months later to help the piano settle. From there, you can move to a regular tuning schedule.
While every piano is different, the age of the instrument and how long it’s been since its last service can give us a good idea of what it will need. I’ll recommend the tuning or service that best fits your piano, and if any adjustments are needed, I’m happy to make changes after discussing them with you.
Canceling is absolutely okay! I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
If something comes up the day of your appointment, please try to let me know at least 2 hours in advance. Your consideration is always appreciated!
I offer one month of free adjustments after each tuning. If issues arise after that period, I kindly ask that you schedule a new appointment.
If you're still not satisfied with your piano’s sound or feel, I’ll be happy to refer you to another trusted technician who might be a better fit for your needs.
